The first Apple Store in Austria about to open

Last August we informed you of Apple's plans to open a new Apple Store in Europe, specifically in Austria, an Apple Store that would be the first in the country and would be located in the capital, Vienna. After many rumors, the Cupertino-based company has just posted on its website a list of jobs required to open the store. Between the Required positions we find creatives, store managers, experts, specialists and others. Until now, citizens of Austria, if they wanted to go to an Apple Store, had to travel to one of the surrounding countries such as Germany, Italy or Switzerland.

This new Apple Store would be located in Kärntnerstrasse, one of the busiest shopping areas in the city located in the center surrounded by a large number of shops. This Apple Store will be located in a three-story building where the Esprit firm was previously located.

In recent years, Apple has increased its international expansion in China, which had become the second most important market for the company, ahead of Europe. Austria is not the only country that until now did not have its own Apple store, as currently Apple does not have a physical presence in other European cities such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Norway, countries that are still waiting for Apple to decide to open the first Apple Store.

The construction of this first Apple Store in Vienna began last November, suggesting that the inauguration will take place in the coming monthseven more so, after having published the first job offers to cover all the positions necessary to cover the usual needs of the Apple Stores.
