For all those who do not know, Shazam for Mac has existed since last August 2014 and little by little they have implemented improvements. Now the new version of Shazam is loaded with news and that is why we want to share them with all of you. This new version 1.1.1 of Shazam improves many aspects of the previous version and in addition to the correction of some minor bugs and important improvements in the user interface, the application is updated one month after receiving its first major update.
What we are going to highlight about Shazam for mac is that it runs in the background and alerts us when there is a song that is similar to what we usually listen to. The operation is similar to that of the iOS application, but obviously on the Mac it allows it to be constantly active, which that facilitates the work of 'shazamar' a song.
The improvements implemented in this new version are:
- They solve bugs and problems that occurred when starting the application on the Mac since the last update
- They add extra information to our discoveries by implementing information about the day and time that we save a topic
- Now the links to Apple Music are added if it is available in our country and if not, the link will take us to iTunes as usual
- We are allowed to delete a list created quickly with the "done button" and selecting "Delete"
Surely many users will be happy with these news and although it is true that it is a song search engine, Shazam is a reference for it and all the improvements and correction of problems that are added are well received by users.
