Mac computers are more expensive than their PC equivalents. I could talk about performance, materials, finishes, stability, software included ... and I would find dozens of reasons that justify (in my opinion) this overpricing, but it is not what I want to tell you today. Today I want to tell you about Apple's "refurbished" products. Is about Apple-repaired products that mostly come from returns or exchanges within the warranty. These products are reviewed by Apple, any cause of malfunction has been repaired, and are sold with Apple's standard 1-year warranty. What do you get in return? A considerable saving, which in the case of computers can exceed € 200.

So we can find in the Refurbished section of the online Apple Store un Macbook Pro with Retina display whose original price is 1529 euros for "only" 1299 euros (230 euros savings), or a 13-inch Macbook Air and 128GB SSD for € 1049, whose original price is € 1229 (€ 180 discount). I am talking at all times of identical equipment in performance, not inferior models. You can also find other discontinued products, such as iPods and iPads. You can get a 3GB WiFi iPad 16 for 379 euros, 120 euros less than the iPad 4 of the same capacity.
Personally, I don't like to buy an outdated technological product. One thing is that my iPad 3 bought it almost a year ago and it is already "out of date" because there is an iPad 4, and I do not see the need to change it because it works perfectly and has a lot of life left. But right now I wouldn't buy an outdated iPad for "only" 100 euros less than what the current one would cost me. But buy a current product, and save 200 euros or more simply because it is repaired by Apple, but with all its guarantees I think it is a good option. What do you think? Have you bought any Refurbished Apple products?
