Recess the application that 'forces' you to rest

recess-application-2

Today we will see an application from the Mac App Store that surely more than one can be great to have it installed, and that is that with Recess we will not spend so much time glued in front of the screen of our Mac since it 'forces' us to perform a rest after a time of work selected by ourselves and that how maximum is 90 minutes. After the time that we set ourselves in the application to rest, it will send us an audible warning and will dim the screen for a minimum time of from 1 minute to a maximum of 10 along with the message:

Time to relax!

We all know that spend many hours in front of the computer screen It is not that it is very good for our body (in general), but with the amount of possibilities that these machines offer many of us, we literally 'stick our ass in the chair' and we do not remember to relax our eyes and muscles of our body. Normally it is advisable to get up from time to time, stretch your legs, have a soda now in this heat ... in short, take your eyes off the monitor a little to rest, but not all of us do it and this is 'what helps us' the Recess application.

Once opened we can access the configuration from the upper menu, click on the gear wheel and adjust the times we want to notify us of our rest. In no case is it really mandatory to get up from the chair or we will lose an important job when the notice is triggered, not even in cases that we are watching a movie since it is a notification that we can cancel at any time without losing anything that we are doing.
