MailHub is an add-on for Apple Mail, the mail application that comes with MAC OSX. It is a plug-in that manages to speed up our interaction with Mail in the management of messages, in short: Increase the performance of our Inbox.
Thanks to the power of MailHub, it is easier to achieve and keep our Mail inbox organized and simplified. MailHub's intelligent software learns about our preferences from the moment we install it and continues to learn as we use it. providing folder suggestions thanks to its auto-suggest function.
MailHub will add a toolbar (like the one in the image below) just above the list of messages, which we can use to organize our emails. We also have a box on the left with which we can select mail folders and create new ones.

The FILE button on the bar will move the selected message to the folder that we can choose from the drop-down menu at the beginning of the bar. But this is where the MailHub magic begins as it will automatically suggest which folder we should use, based on our previous actions and based on an indexing system, because MailHub is learning how we work.
It will also allow us to delete messages from the Inbox (see the image below). You would think that this option is not something from another world, you could say, but even if you don't believe it, it really is, because MailHub allows us to delete files and messages by sender or by author, highlighting this last feature since we will do it with a simple click of the mouse or a set of keys, drastically reducing the time spent managing our email.
Finally, MailHub allows us to set reminders (which will be added to the iCal) and add possible tasks to emails directly from our inbox so that we will no longer forget important dates of meetings from work, family, friends…. (look at the image below). If that were all we could do with MailHub, it would be enough to make our work more efficient and save time that we use in e-mail and use it in other things, but there is still more. We can also automatically send email messages (scheduled) and mark the messages we want with an arrow, or in italics and with a color.
