As we have already told you on other occasions, the operating system of Mac computers is loaded with procedures that make productivity in it much higher than in any other competitive system. In this article, what I'm going to talk about is the shortcuts that we can execute with the keyboard, come on, what we commonly call keyboard shortcuts.
Both in macOS and in systems like Windows there are a certain number of keyboard shortcuts already preset and common to operating systems. A consensus has been reached with many of them and the programmers of the different systems implement these commands in the same way.
For this reason, actions such as copy, paste or cut are the same in different systems although with exceptions and that is while in Windows we have to press control + C to copy, in macOS we have to press command + C. Obviating that we can find subtle differences, in macOS we can go a little further in a simple way. This does not mean that in systems like Windows this same action cannot be carried out, but in Soy de Mac what we are going to tell you is very far from the PC system.
Now, in order to configure the keyboard shortcuts, we must enter System Preferences> Keyboard> Quick Functions tab. In this window we can see that it is divided into two parts. On the left we have a vertical bar in which the different sections where you can configure keyboard shortcuts are specified and on the right each and every one of the options that we have available in each section.
As you can see in the screenshots that I have added to this article, there are many actions in the different sections that do not have a keyboard shortcut configured and, therefore, we can add the one that interests us the most. Now all you have to do is go through the ones that are already configured so that, with your Mac keyboard, you can fly as fast as Cupid did today.
