There is very little left for a new edition of the WWDC 2023 developer conference to begin. It will be held in early June and it is expected that the new operating systems of the different Apple terminals will be presented there. This is how we talk about macOS 14 above all, which portends a few new features. It is true that right now we find intermediate versions of Ventura, but for that day in June it will have to be announced what the 14th edition will be like and when we will see it. But above all they can announce two new Mac models: The Air and the Pro.
At the developer conference it is not normal for new devices to be presented, but it would not be the first time this has happened. Without going any further, last year new devices and a new chip were announced to you and before, in 2017, it was announced, for example and among others, the HomePod. Because of that, it is quite feasible that we see right now in June the launch of new Macs. Specifically the Air model and the Pro model.
The Air model will be the one that we have already talked about so many times. The new rumors indicate that it will be the Air model with the most screen to date seen and created by Apple. It will have a 15-inch screen, something that in principle was only reserved for the MacBook Pro model. Of course it will still come with the M2 chip because it is not expected until the end of the year that its production begins and therefore we will see the first models with this chip in 2024.
But it will also come with what may be the great novelty of all Macs. We could finally see the long-awaited and dreamed Mac Pro with Apple Silicon. With the M2 Pro or M2 Max chip, it will delight all users who want to have that enormous power that the Mac Pro models always throw out.
