After we explained how add a new spell checker to the base that the OSX already has, this time we bring you an application the more curious since it leaves you change the language of the applications as you wish in a very fast way.
The first thing that you may have thought is that this type of application is useless, but if you think, for example, of people who study languages and want to keep up with applications in the language they study, things change. It is just one example of the possibilities that this little app offers us.
The place where I live is a place near the Gran Canaria airport where an important cultural mix is taking place. I can go so far as to say that in educational centers there are more than 40 different nationalities. An app like this could also help non-Spanish-speaking people to help.
This application is called Language Switcher and it will allow us to choose the language in which we want a certain application. It allows changing the language of all applications at the same time or changing certain applications to different languages at the same time.
The operation of the application is very simple and as soon as we open it we will see that a window is shown where all the applications that we have installed on the system will be. As we are selecting the applications, on the right we have a drop-down with the languages available for each of them. Just select the language you want and we give "throw". The application whose language we have changed will restart and will be displayed again in the specified language, while the rest of the operating system and applications remain in Spanish.
The application is completely free and you can download it from the developer's website that allows donations that you deem appropriate.
As you can see, with this application, you will be able to retouch photos with iPhoto in English, make movies with iMovie in Chinese and navigate in Safari in Russian.
