How to manage your books read in iBooks

The iBooks app for iPhone is a great way to save and read your favorite books and pdf's. In the iBooks Store you can find the latest news in digital format and of all genres to read both on your iPhone or iPod Touch and on your iPad or Mac. But if you are a true book eater, it is very easy for you to lose track of which ones books you have already read, or what titles are still pending. iBooks doesn't allow you to filter the books by read and unread, but you can create collections to better organize your reading list.

To do this, open the app iBooks and go to the "My Books" section at the bottom left of the screen. Click on the name of the collection at the top, in this case "All".

How to manage your books in iBooks

Click on "+ New collection", which appears at the bottom highlighted in blue letters and give it a name, for example, "Read" and then click "OK".

Now you can better organize your books by moving the books you have already eaten to the "Read" collection. To do this, just press "Select", select all the books that you have already read, press "Move" and choose the new collection "Read".

You can also follow the same process to create a collection of "Unread" and thus your collection of books will still be clearer.

And if you have a iPhone 6s or 6s Plus You can also use the 3D Touch on a book and it will tell you if you have just started it, if you have finished it, if it is new or the percentage of reading you have.

Remember that in our section Tutorials you have at your disposal a huge variety of tips and tricks for all your Apple devices, equipment and services.
