On June 15, Apple will open a new Apple Store in Taiwan, Apple Store that will be the second one that opens in the country. As usual, Apple has advanced new details of the design of the store along with what it represents for both residents of the area and those who visit the city.
The Apple Xinyi A13 offers the same products and services as the store located in the Taipei 101 mall, but in a larger space and with a greater number of products. The store has a separate glazed upper floor with an outdoor plaza surrounded by trees and planters.
On both sides of the store, there are two marble stairs that connect with an underground space, where the video wall and the store's Forum are located and where can be accessed directly when the A13 Shopping Center opens its doors at the end of the year.
The Xinyi A13 introduces Apple's most modern store design language in Taiwan for the first time, with the use of materials and decoration that can hardly be found outside the United States, where until now it has focused its efforts in this regard and that allows differentiate the stores from the architecture of the building.
The architecture is only part of the store, as it is doing in all its own stores, the Today at Apple has a prominent space in the facilities. Similar to the opening of the Apple Carnegie Library in Washington DC, Apple has put together a six-week schedule of active sessions by designers, illustrators, photographers and musicians. Apple has a series of events planned for the opening day with live music, events that will be present throughout the week.
