Affinity Designer is a vector design application that has been built specifically for Mac and OS X. It offers impressive data from more than one million percent zoom, to be able to control even the smallest detail without loss of quality. Smart Shapes allow you to create any shape with fully editable options such as adjusting the number of teeth on a gear, with different gradient options with a slider that floats over the created image as well as another transparency tool that works in a similar way.
Once the image is created when exporting it can be saved in various file formats, of which the extension for Adobe Illustrator should be highlighted. Not only can it be exported to other applications, the layers and modes that have been included will also be saved, but separated so that designers can even export complex images as individual elements (in standard sizes or Retina quality) for other use. applications or websites.
The price is really good, only 49,99 Euros on the Mac App Store, almost half of its competitor Sketch 3 and the equivalent of a single month of Adobe Creative Cloud. It is quite cheap, very easy to use and although it does not have the same potential as Illustrator, we can create really worked compositions.
