Clean Memory Disk is an application that is currently totally free in the Mac App Store for a limited time and that helps us perform a fairly exhaustive memory cleaning on our Mac when it begins to 'feel the weight' of too many tasks consuming memory.
There are many applications of this type that we find in the Apple online store, but we do not get tired of testing all of them since each one offers an option or feature different from the others and if they are also free Nor do we lose anything by trying them and staying with the one we like the most.
This is a really simple application in terms of its use, Clean Memory Disk has a very simple interface and once we have it downloaded to the Mac we just have to press the button 'Free Memory' and we will already be gaining some memory.
Also when we launch the application an icon is added in the Mac menu bar (little worked, but useful) that just by pressing it offers us all the information about the memory we are using and what we can free on our computer.
In the settings menu it incorporates many configuration possibilities that allow us, for example, to indicate a value so that a memory cleaning is automatically carried out but as the developer indicates it is best not to put a number too low since this will make the Cleaning procedure is performed too frequently and will consume too many resources on our CPU.
