Inside the apple operating system, as we all know, Safari browser exists, with which, honestly, I have never had problems with slowness or search failures.
However, Google has also released the well-known Mac Google Chrome, a very good browser that in a way competes directly with Apple's. Today we show you how to have it ready to flow like the first day.
Today we are going to focus on how to target Google's browser, dedicating another post to do the same with Apple's, Safari. In the case of Google Chrome, when we search and download download websites like Mega, it stores the content of what it downloads in a special folder (FileSystem) that is located within our Chrome profile. So far everything normal. The problem comes when those downloads are cut off for whatever reason, so that on many occasions the information we were downloading remains in "limbo", stuck in the folder that we have mentioned and as you can deduce, it begins to occupy phantom space on our hard drive. In order to clean up those incomplete and stuck files (they don't always get stuck), we must go to the following route, that is, with Google Chrome closed:
~ / Library / Application Support / Google / Chrome / Profile 3 / File System
Note that the name Profile 3 may have another name and may be renamed Profile 2, Profile 4, etc.
Remember that in order to access Library, you must click on the top menu of the Finder Ir and when the drop-down opens press the key old. You will see that to the list is added Bookstore
Once the folder is located, select all the content and throw it in the trash.
