The arrival of the new MacBook with Apple Silicon is near and this is indicated by the latest beta version released by Apple of macOS Big Sur. We say last but in reality it is the first beta version since Apple "by magic" has loaded the rest of the beta versions released previously, 1o betas no less.
But leaving aside this issue of beta versions and looking ahead we have to focus on the latest version available for developers and in them we find references to Macs with Apple Silicon. Lately we are talking about this a lot and it seems to us that soon we will have official news about it.
Undoubtedly, a file detected in the system folder can tell a lot about what we are going to see soon and in this case it is what they have published in 9To5Mac after were detected by HarckerTech. These are three Mac models that do not appear in previous records and that obviously could be new equipment to launch this next month.
The files were discovered in the system folder within Library, where you can see the New MacHardwareTypes-2020f.bundle, MacHardwareTypes-2020g.bundle, MacHardwareTypes-2020h.bundle. The image above shows these three models within the beta version released yesterday.
As explained by the MacHardwareTypes-2019f.bundle and MacHardwareTypes-2020d.bundle files they represent the 16-inch MacBook Pro, while the MacHardwareTypes-2020a.bundle is for the MacBook Air 2020. The rest of the files belong to a 2020 iMac and the 2020 13-inch MacBook Pro. So it seems that we are going to have three new Mac models soon, We'll see if they finally show up on November 17 as the rumors say.
