At the end of January we published an entry with the Locader app. This application that was free for a limited time did not last long, since in a short time it returned to its usual price and many of you were left without it.
Now the application is totally free and again for a limited time, so if you want to get a copy of the app for Mac, do not delay in entering the Mac App Store and download it. For the moment it is still free and obviously we do not know how long it will take for the developer to raise the price, but if you do the same as the previous time, it won't be long.
The function of the application is really simple and depending on our location we adjust wallpaper automatically. For it to work once downloaded, you have to allow the application to use the location, and then configure it to automatically change the wallpaper.
For this we have to:
- Add the name of the current location
- Open the folder with the wallpapers
- Choose one of those wallpapers for the current place
- Save and allow the application to run automatically on startup
- In the next place where we move, we will have to follow the same steps and we can always change the background in the places manually
- It also allows us to modify the distance accuracy of our location if necessary.
I don't really like that we have to edit it manually and I am more of those applications that do the steps automatically, for example Weather Wall. In this case with Locader we can choose the wallpaper we want for each place, which with Weather cannot. We hope you all get to the offer and get it for free this time.
