Since last August we did not have a new version of Adobe Flash Player and yesterday the new version of the plugin to install on my Mac jumped. In this case, as in previous versions, the new one version 19.0.0.185 adds improvements in security and stability of the tool. The enhancements also focus on 3D game and content performance, add improvements to video performance and compatibility, and we also have new APIs to improve the user browsing experience.
In addition to the improvements implemented in terms of plugin security and other corrections, this version also includes new advanced options and for this they show us a direct link when we update so that we can take a look. Basically these are some improvements in the advanced tab:

These updates usually appear automatically on our Mac through a pop-up window that warns of the new version available, but you can always access from System preferences and click on the flash icon, then go to the top tab Advanced, In it you will see the updates section in which the version that you have installed on your machine appears. It can also be accessed directly from the website of Adobe Flash Player and see if we have the latest version available installed.
