A way for developers to adapt their applications and programs to the new features that Apple implements in the Mac operating system. Add a way to rearrange the different sections of the home page like Favorites, Reading List, Siri Suggestions, Privacy Report, and some more new features.

The update also includes optimizations for using iOS apps on Mac M1. When running iPhone and iPad apps on M1 Macs, there is a preferences panel for touch alternatives. This allows users to set keyboard commands for touch input alternatives. In addition, iPadOS applications start with a larger window if the Mac screen allows it. The tactile alternatives they can be enabled for iPhone or iPad applications by clicking the application name in the menu bar and then selecting the Preferences option. Touch alternatives allow you to customize touches, swipes, and drags.

There are many more new features, however no new ones have been found in this version.
